You might also wanna read the section on adding Voice Chat/Distant Horizons
Then you can connect to the server
Let me know on WhatsApp and I'll try to help. Modded Minecraft moment.

We have "Simple Voice Chat" for Proximity chat on the server
You can add it, if you wanna hear people/speak
First, if it's open, close Minecraft/the modpack.
Then, to Add mods, first Right Click the Instance -> Edit
Then install it under Mods -> Download Mods -> CurseForge -> "Simple Voice Chat" -> Select mod for download -> Review and Confirm
You should be prompted to set up your mic/speakers when you join the server and press V
If your PC is beefy, you can also add the mod "Distant Horizons"
This lets you see infinitely far into the distance, breaking the laws of Minecraft and making builds/terrain look more impressive. The LOD files are pre-generated on the server and sent to you automatically.
Add the mod like you did with Simple Voice Chat
Send your Minecraft username in WhatsApp and I'll whitelist it.
(Gotta have it whitelisted to avoid griefing bots joining)Once you've gone through the setup instructions, optionally added Simple Voice Chat/Distant Horizons, launched the modpack, and been whitelisted; you can join at the same URL as this website:
If your PC is poop, you'll prob also need to turn down your graphics settings to "Fast"
There is a Google Maps-style web map available at bluemap.cptdino.net
You can give yourself a nickname so people don't see your embarassing MC username you made when you were 8 y/o. Use the chat command /nickname set
In both chat, and your nickname, you can use colors/formatting. See cptdino.net/fmt
You can use emojis in chat. They have the same names as, and work like, the Discord ones. Wrap them in colons. Like
